Dr. Tiffany G. Townsend
Founder & Principal, CORE Perspectives
Dr. Tiffany G. Townsend is a psychologist and consultant with more than two decades of experience helping institutions, corporations, and leadership teams build healthier, more effective organizations. Her work sits at the intersection of psychology, culture, and strategy.
Trained as a clinical and community psychologist, Dr. Townsend brings a rigorous, evidence-based lens to the complex human dynamics that shape organizational performance. She has partnered with nonprofits, government agencies, higher education institutions, and healthcare systems, delivering results that are both measurable and meaningful.
Her consulting practice, CORE Perspectives, focuses on four interconnected pillars: Clarity, Outcomes, Relationships, and Equity, the foundation that high-performing organizations share, regardless of sector or size.
In addition to her consulting work, Dr. Townsend is a sought-after keynote speaker and has been featured on numerous podcasts, panels, and conferences addressing leadership, workplace culture, and organizational change. Her book, Weathering the Storm: Navigating the Anti-Social Justice Wave (Broadleaf Books, 2024), is an essential guide for leaders committed to sustaining equity-centered values during periods of cultural and political pressure.
Dr. Townsend also maintains a clinical practice through CORE Integrative Psychology, where she provides therapy and psychological services.
The CORE Framework
