Diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) are among the most important drivers of competitiveness, innovation, and growth. To help organizations achieve their DEI potential, CORE Perspectives leverages both organizational and individual change models to work with organizations to create comprehensive institutional strategic plans. Prepared in conjunction with a formal equity initiative or as an integrated part of the organization's existing business strategy – a strong DEI strategic plan helps organizations set performance goals that are aligned to organizational values, and includes concrete targets, measurable outcomes, specific action steps and a blueprint for implementation. A comprehensive DEI strategic plan also includes communication strategies designed to promote success.
Consulting
Consulting
We help companies design, run and manage DEI efforts. This may include redesigning the process flows of business operations to eliminate bias and improve efficiency or linking compensation systems with recruitment and promotion criteria to achieve equity across the organization, as just a few examples. Based on principles of organizational change theory and DEI best practices, integrated with futures thinking strategies that are used to develop a shared vision within the organization, our consulting process is designed to facilitate lasting and meaningful change.
Training
Training
We provide training that strengthens cultural awareness, responsiveness and sensitivity within organizations. Through interactive learning modules, each training provides tools and resources for organizations to build essential skills/strategies to cultivate a healthy organization, including team building exercise, strategies to increase emotional intelligence of organizational members, and other DEI best practices.
